Event Information

All members and guest will be issued battle passes, Their will be military Police assigned to check all battle passes at line up.
Those without shall pay, if you are in the field with out it you will be sent to the HQ building.

Location: HQ/Kommanduer Platz Leaders may arrive early 20:00 Coffee, Pasteries, Drinks and delicacies will be served.Hosted by
HQ & staff of the 1st SS and FJR6.
We want everyone to arrive in their sharpest uniforms! We want this to be a "Dress Up" for all you members who have those officers
uniforms in your closets whatever rank or service it may be we will have a best dressed prize for both Allied and German. Hell bring
Patton or Monty himself and if Rommel happens to be around bring him too.

Ammo: Units are individually responsible for any ammo needs.

Battle Fee: 25$ payable at the HQ/Kommanduer Platz Building. we will also be collecting 2009 club dues! Battle passes will be
issued and checked at line up and random checks in the field!

Billeting: Barracks will be available for RPS members and their guests.Check in with your unit or host unit.

Line up and Safety: a Safety breifing will be given at Saturday morning line up at o8:30 am sharp. Late commers will be fined!
If you are not at linbe up you are not in the field!

Authenticity: Wear appropriate late war December 44 atire. No Civilian Partisans.

Meals: All units are responsible for their own meals. Their will be a period German (Axis Only) Canteena open for those who wish to enjoy their
meals and drinks there. Delicacies will be availble for a small surcharge at the door.

Battle Scenario: TBD something during the Battle of the Bulge.

Battle time: Satruday 09:00 - 16:00 Sunday no line up 09:00 - 13:00
